Admission

A. Admission for Classes I to XII

Students seeking admission to Classes I to XII who have attended a recognized English-medium school and are able to receive instruction in English at their respective level may be considered for admission.

Admissions normally take place in March on the basis of entrance tests and interviews. Applications for admission are entertained only for classes in which vacancies are anticipated. Registration may be closed at any time at the discretion of the Principal.

B. Transfer Cases

Transfer cases, such as students coming into the city due to relocation or transfer, may be considered for admission in the month of July, subject to the conditions mentioned above.

Registration does NOT guarantee admission. Admission is subject to the suitability of the candidate and availability of vacancies.

Admission to the school is subject to the condition that the consolidated fees for the year will have to be paid if the student is withdrawn at any time after the 30th of June.

Transfer Certificate Requirement

A student will not be enrolled in any class until the student produces a Transfer Certificate from the school last attended. The Transfer Certificate is required to be countersigned by the District Inspector of Schools if the candidate is from another state.

The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason.

Transfers

  • Transfer Certificate will be issued from the school on payment of Rs. 250/-.
  • Duplicate certificate will be issued on application and sufficient reason on payment of Rs. 500/-.
  • A separate Birth Certificate is required and will be issued after verification on payment of Rs. 100/-.

Dismissal

A child may be expelled from the school on the following grounds:

  • Misbehavior with the Principal, Vice Principal, or any teaching staff of the school.
  • Absence from classes for more than the prescribed number of days.
  • Proven involvement in indisciplinary actions within the school premises or with other school students.
  • Non-payment of school fees for two consecutive months.
